By accessing or using Doctrina Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the experience of other users.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Premium features may require a subscription. Payments are processed through your app store provider and are subject to their terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and features within Doctrina Empire are the property of Doctrina Empire or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Apple App Store Specific Terms

This section applies to the iOS version of the Doctrina Empire app distributed via the Apple App Store.

• Apple is Not a Party to This Agreement: This agreement is solely between You and Doctrina Empire, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.
• License: The license granted to You for Doctrina Empire is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded product that You own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
• Product Claims: Doctrina Empire, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims from You or any third party relating to the app or Your possession and/or use of the app, including but not limited to:
  • Product liability claims
  • Any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
  • Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
• Third Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon Your acceptance of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary.
